It is an honor to help people feel connected to their bodies, their choices, and their experiences.

Services Offered

Birth Doula

As your doula, I wants for you to feel supported, informed and able to have agency in your decisions. I do not have an agenda for your birth and want you to have your best birth ~ however that looks for you. I am dedicated to being present for you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.

Childbirth Education

Teaching private childbirth education, I will help assess what evidence-based information will allow you to feel familiar with the choices you will face during your pregnancy, labor and during your postpartum experience. My knowledge of the physical body, allows me to give nuanced information to help my clients work towards ease throughout their experiences.

Massage Therapy

In-home massage treatments that include an intuitive mixture of swedish, shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial, and sports massage. I also specialize in prenatal and postnatal massage. 60, 75,or 90 minute sessions available. I bring my table to your house. I will need up to 5/6 pillows depending on the type of bolstering required.

Certified Lactation Counselor

There can be a big learning curve for most of us as we navigate breast/chestfeeding for the first or even multiple times. Each time is different due to our unique babies/changing bodies and birth experiences. I am devoted to helping you figure this out with your baby; to get to a place where your family is making the choices that are right for yourselves.

Private Yoga

I teach private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups. Though I specialize in the prenatal period, I tailor sessions to the needs of my clients from all ages and abilities.

Doula Mentor

As a recent Co-Director and Mentor of the NYC Doula Collective, I love to help new doulas become confident in their craft and supported in this work.

When you massage someone, the levels of oxytocin go up in the brain, and oxytocin is one of the chemicals that drives attachment.
